Six European organizations are involved in the execution of this project: Instituto Nacional del Carbon (INCAR), belonging to the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cientificas (CSIC, Spain), University Politehnica of Bucharest (UPB, Romania), University of East Anglia (UEA, United Kingdom),  Technical University of Wroclaw (TUWRO, Poland), Industrial Quimica del Nalon, S.A. (IQNSA, Spain) and  Claudiu Toprom, SRL (CTRom, Romania).

This project is financially supported by the European Union within the Research Fund for Coal and Steel (RFCS) programme and it is monitored by the Technical Group 2 (Coal Preparation, Conversion and Upgrading).

The project has been started the 1st of July 2015 and it will finish by the 30th June of 2018.
